Printable Gift Vouchers - Follow the instructions on our external booking site here to
choose, buy and print your voucher instantly.
Standard delivery - By First Class post (free) within three to five working days.
Please allow seven days for delivery during peak postal times - this is available
Monday to Friday.
Special delivery - If you have left your purchase a little late we recommend Royal
Mail Special Delivery - this guarantees your gift to be dispatched the same day
on orders received by 2:00pm on a working day (Monday to Thursday) your voucher
will be delivered the next working day before 1pm. These orders also offer a track
and trace number which will be emailed to you so that you can keep a track on that
all important gift.
Terms and Conditions
Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of issue date at participating clubs /
hotels only. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be replaced
if lost or stolen. All treatments / packages are subject to availability and must
be pre-booked. No change will be given where treatments do not meet the exact voucher
value. To receive a treatment in a Bannatyne Spa you must be age 16+, (16-17 year
olds must be accompanied at all times by a parent/guardian). Treatments may be restricted
due to medical conditions, please advise at point of booking.
